Abstract

The Quality Manual establishes and states the policies governing Almansorin Construction &
Oil Services Company’s Quality System. These Policies define management’s arrangements for
managing operations and activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. These top-level polices
represent the plans or protocols for achieving quality assurance and client satisfaction.
This manual is intended for the sole use of Almansorin Construction & Oil Services Company,
and is provided to clients for information purposes only.
